The legendary SCREAM Halloween party is BACK for 2019 in the heart of DTLA. On Saturday October 26th, we team up with the 3rd Annual Haunted Little Tokyo Festival! Throughout the month of October, enjoy Halloween festivities in Little Tokyo as well as the infamous Block Party on 10/26/19! After, head over to Noypitz, the old Blue J Lounge.
